Verified ReviewerManager lied to me about when the room was paid to.
Not lie to the customer. It says it includes breakfast, but it does not have it. This hotel is a dump, just like the Oyo hotel in Houston, TX.

I am sorry to mention the fact here, My experience with OYO is not good and though inspite of providing every proof, I am yet to get refund of my cancellation of booking. Every time they asked for details and after they dont respond.
Also they tell me to contact booking.com and i wrote email copying both parties but no reply and no refund.
Attaching herewith payment proof i made my Kenyan currency. Even after they are asking for more proof.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. contacted Epedia, OYO hotels, the BBB, and the Oklahoma Attorney general. Completed reviews for expedia and OYO.
Denied the charge of $106.60 no show charge and $12 fee for something.Expedia booked me into a closed motel then told me oyo was working on it.I called OYO customer service and talked to a man who could speak broken English.I requested a call from a supervisor which never came.
OYO motel was fenced off when I arrived for check in at 2 pm June 27th. I called customer service and was told " They are working on it"

Stayed at the Cyprus Inn Chocowinity on July 19. Pics and description online looked great.
This place is a dump. Outside was dirty. Trash all around. Inside was dirty.
A child must have painted the inside. The bed linens were off the Mayflower. Broken tiles and tools lying around that could be an accident waiting to happen. Most of the equipment out of order.
I don't normally do this, but this needs to be checked out.

I booked a Motel 6 in Louisville, KY, paid on my debit card. I showed up to the motel, gave them my booking/confirmation number, and they could not find it.
They tried looking me up by name and phone number, nothing. I called OYO and they 'tried to call the hotel' but said it wouldn't go through. I was standing in the lobby and the phone never rang. I ended up paying again for my night directly at the motel.
Check out the next morning spoke with the manager of the hotel. Well, come to find out OYO sent the booking with no name or phone number attached; it showed on their system as a no-show. The manager gave me a printout of the booking as proof. I have been going back and forth with them since June 1st, still nothing.
All they tell me is more time to investigate. This company is a complete sham. I ended up disputing it with my bank last week.
Still no money as of yet. Do not book with them.

DONT BOOK!!! STAFF UNLOCKED AND ENTERED MY ROOM AT 1AM WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!!!
I needed a place to crash for a couple of hours for my next flight and the last check in is at 10pm I arrived 9:30pm with everything locked and no lights on?!
There was a sign that said late check in call GOBI and then his phone number. I called he came within 5 mins drunk and admitted to it! I told him about my really early check out and he said the earlier the better. He showed me to my room.
The door to the rooms was wide open 24/7 to let anyone in and he even said it will stay open and that if it gets locked to just call him but that its rare that the door to the ROOMS will be closed. The rooms have pinpad locks and they are very loud when you lock and unlock them. He wanted me to say my PIN code OUTLOUD I was uncomfortable and said no Ill punch it in myself. I entered the room that smelled of cigarettes and looked disgusting but like I said I needed it for a couple of hours.
I asked for the password to wifi he told me to give him my phone in which he yet implied that he was too drunk to punch it in correctly, took him two tries. I put my things down and it took him a while to get the hint to get out and leave me alone. (While also inviting me to have drinks with him and his friend downstairs) I said no. I go to sleep right away around 10:30pm after calling my sister goodnight.
I wake up SCARED AT 1AM to a man standing in front of my door wide open!!! I screamed at him what the h*** are you doing ?!?!? He turned on the lights and turned them back off said he was checking rooms and said sorry closed my door and proceeded to OPEN EVERY OTHER DOOR ON MY FLOOR. like I said the pad locks are very loud I could hear every padlock and door being opened and no one else is to be heard which is so alarming to assume I was the only one on that floor.
My hearts racing I called an Uber to head back to the airport while messaging him to please wait for me, felt safer ANYWHERE than in that hotel! As Im walking out I see Gobi in the smoking area I confronted him and he acted like nothing happened and that I was crazy with literally tears down my face from how traumatized I am. I reported it to the police and called Agoda for a refund and report. They said we have to wait to hear back from the hotel.
Just got the email after I wrote them a very detailed email to Oyo swan and Ill attach what they wrote to me. THEY DONT CARE!! MY LIFE COULD OF AND FELT WAS ON THE LINE WHATEVER THE INTENTIONS WERE.
I am forever traumatized being a female solo traveler.
ALSO THEY HAVE CAMERAS AND ONE OF THEM WAS POINTED TO MY ROOM SO FOR THEM TO SAY THERE WAS NO ISSUE SHOWS EITHER THE CAMERAS DONT WORK AND ITS THE STAFFS WORD OVER THE GUESTS THAT PAY FOR A SAFE STAY OR THEY TRULY JUST DONT CARE FOR ONE MORE BAD REVIEW!!! I was desperate to book an affordable one night sleep and now I will never let money be the toll of my safety!!!

After a long drive expecting to have a reserved room to relax in but instead find out I've paid for a room I won't be ablr to use because when we arrived at the hotel they said they didn't have a reservation for me I showed them the confirmation emai and everything they had me call oyo and basically my only option was a refund but I have yet to get it

Not only did I book a hotel for a week, paid in full, but when I got to the hotel I was told they had been double booked and there was NO room available.
I called customer service, who issued a refund, and told to wait 7-14 business days to see that refund which didnt help me have a place to sleep that night.
Instead of a refund I was charged for the SAME reservation a SECOND time!
In all- I was stuck in a different state, paid for TWO reservations and still needed a room for the night I have been unable to speak with customer service (because my reservation had been canceled) and still waiting for a refund.

My issue, what this is you guys charged me to cancel my transaction to the hotel and up for the amount of what the room cost
Impossible to cancel, so charged. Deceptive pricing.
I failed to read reviews first (my error). My travel plans changed and I needed to cancel.
The "self-service" on-line option would not work. Tried e-mail to guestsupport.na@***.com. No response. Tried calling the so-called customer service phone number that merely directs to the self-service option.
Tried the chat support bot that gave me the customer service phone number and e-mail usa.escalations@***.com before disconnecting. E-mail to the escalations email resulted in receipt of a ticket number.
End.
In the call to the customer service line, it was disclosed that a refundable (doubt it) deposit would be charged at check-in. In the receipt received following the booking, the text implied the deposit ONLY applied if travelling with a pet.

I didn’t receive my refund
When first checking in my room I let it be known I was missing a microwave, refrigerator, and desk chair. The hot water in the shower wouldnt work nor the shower head.
Ive been here for two weeks and the staff is very rude and dont check on any guests.
It took exactly 2 weeks to receive everything except the desk chair. I had a booking get cancelled by the hotel while I was still sleeping in the room without my money returning

Was needing a refund and was told that I had to wait 7 to 14 days I don't got that I needed the money right then and there
This oyo online partner is not good company to work for hotel partners
I have signed contract with them for free they didnt pay me any deposit or anything they act like they own my business for free the price I set with them but they selling my room for under that price and charge me double commission I gave them notice to cancel my contract but they giving me hard time mentally stress these people from India I dont know who are they when I call that why you selling my room for so cheap and the one guy who start using abusive words and threatening us they made commitment they can sell my room 5 to 7 per day but I dont get any room every day I just got 2 or three rooms per week now they dont want to cancel my contract I gave them 60 days notice was mentioned in contract I blocked all my room but they still open my room and not giving me proper amount I am supposed get from them they took ally online account for free and not giving me back I Wii never work with oyo in future

They are just giving you a false hope , they dont refund money and they dont help customers.
Room Cleanliness and Maintenance: The room provided to me was extremely dirty and not properly maintained.
Additional Charges: I was charged an extra amount at the time of check-in, despite having already informed your team and receiving confirmation via email.
Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The staff was unprofessional and rude.
They consistently stated that they were not responsible for any of the issues I faced, claiming that it was OYO's responsibility to address them.
I kindly request you to take immediate action on these issues. Additionally, I urge you to process a refund for the extra amount charged or else I will go legal.
Looking forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.
