The worst hotel Ive ever been at due to the lack of understanding of customer service. Why hire people to run your hotel if you intend on being successful. The staff here is cheap and hateful. Cant understand English. They stole my deposit because a piece of ice was on the bed. *** They used local grocery store bags for trash bags. The heat and air dont work. The linens were stained brown.

Refund owed to me failed

I checked into this hotel on June 20th 2023. The room was absolutely disgusting. No pillowcases, no towels, dirty bed linens, roaches everywhere, refrigerator was dirty, blood or what appeared to be blood on wall, carpet was very dirty. Was told no ther rooms available, and assured I would receive a refund after calling customer service. As of now I still haven't been refunded. I was told the refund had been issued twice, but due to an unknown technical issue, it failed. I was told it has been processed again. However I still have not received it. I have all conversations about the issue recorded, as well as pictures of the condition of the room.

It ruined my vacation

The room discusting, the area ugly, the driveway is broken and almost damaged our car when we fell in the hole, the beds has no pillow cases , has no light, its terribly awful, no carpet, no soap or shampoo, we asked for clean sheets and the very rude staff said u probably have extra people that u ask for extra , followed me to the room and gave us nothing, had to call customer service for two hours to get a sheet , room smell and people smoke and do drugs outside in their cars or pool was even more ugly and dirty, there is ducks in it, poison ivy outside

The hotel has dark sheets with stain , the manager is rude, cant even talk english, didnt give us extra sheet when we told them our sheets seems dirty, followed us to the room, asked so many questions and didnt provide anything, customer service is terrible, no carpet in room, windows are barely blocking window , room smell like cigarette and drugs , just horrible hotel

I booked a room for 2 weeks over the phone. Paid $632.00 I had a family emergency and checked out early . I was supposed to receive a refund of 505.00 and I only received 113.00. The representatives/ customer service team keeps telling me to be patient . Yet I have and I still don't have my money. I need to get my refund ASAP please.

No water at hotel for days

I am staying at one of the OYO hotels (52624 State Highway 933, South Bend, Indiana, 46637) and there has been no water at this hotel for the past 5 days. The staff at the hotel have been saying the water would be on since the water has been off but are not willing to compensate or give the customers that are staying at the hotel a few nights free until the water gets turned back on. I have been a paying customer since November of 2023 and have never had a problem with the staff until now. I have a toddler and have not been able to give them a bath since the water has been off. I have tried to talk to them about when it would be on but their response is always the same: "I understand your concern ma'am but the water will be back on tomorrow. It was just a leak in one of the pipes."If water has been shutdown for more than 48 hours, then the staff has to or should give notice to the customers and either compensate them for their stay or give them any amount of nights free until the water has been turned back on. I nor should any customer staying at this hotel should continue to pay while there is no water. Hotel rooms are supposed to give water, heat, wifi, and television. Without one of the four, what is the point of charging someone without it? It's an essential part of being in a hotel. There is no reason why the staff here should have customers continue to pay if there's no water running. The other customers along with myself should be able to get a week free due to this huge inconvenience we are dealing with.

Was contacted by the company was told that even though there call center agents were the ones who told us to update the booking we needed to make a new booking they will not be refunding is anything will no longer be using this company or hotels at all

Hello i was charged twice for a cancelled reservation. I called yesterday amd was given an email to email but havent gotten a resonse. I have received a refund in one of the 2 bit am still down 73 dollars i am happy to provide proof of this and did in my other emails. Please let me know the best watly to proceed as i dont want to ha e to go thru my bank to get this done. Thanks for your time.

Refuse to give back deposit

They threatened to call law enforcement and kicked us off the property A woman who smelled extremely bad screamed and spit in my husbands face The staff who did this turned out to be the managers but lied when I asked The man manager ran In and out of my room about 6 times while he watched me clean it and bag all the trash and make the beds. The Oyo in Decatur Texas charged me a deposit of 40$. They would only return 20$ because there was a piece of ice on the bed! The checkin woman which is also the manager threatened me with police within the first two minutes of our confrontation. She speaks hardly any English. And was extremely dirty with a pungent smell. The two day stay costs us 139$. Im calling the health department and the government on these disgusting people. The woman was cussing and spitting
